Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Red Road Commons apartment community in Red Road Commons. You will direct staff, ensure timely reporting, and manage leasing targets while maintaining exceptional resident service.

The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and a track record of achieving retention and occupancy goals in a multifamily setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of apartment management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent mathematical skills (high school level).
• Customer service oriented and goal-driven.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff.
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports.
• Manages on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation.
• Ensures excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations.
