Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager for our Savannah, GA community. You will lead daily operations, guide the on-site team, and ensure accurate reporting and strong resident service to achieve high retention and leasing goals.

You will manage a skilled staff, handle budgeting and training, and maintain compliance while delivering a superior resident experience in a competitive market. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive, career‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of apartment management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the day-to-day operations of the community staff.
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports.
• Manages on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation.
• Ensures excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations.
