West Coast Self-Storage Group in Ashland, Oregon, is hiring a full-time Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a thriving self-storage facility. The role emphasizes customer-focused service, revenue generation, and maintaining property standards.

You will work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with the option to pick up extra shifts to reach 40 hours. The position starts at $19 per hour with monthly and quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail sales and cash handling experience.
• Ability to self-manage and work independently.
• Willing to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries)
• Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually
• Web pricing and discount management
• Ensure property is maintained to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs
• Manage Vendors and Cap Ex projects
• Drive auction process
• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash
• Other duties assigned by leadership

Schedule:

Full-time, working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (Off Sun/Wed/Sat) working from 9:00am-5:00pm.

Able to pick up an extra shift at a nearby location to reach 40hrs.

Day to Day:
