West Coast Self Storage Careers in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee daily self-storage facility operations. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service across in person, phone, and web inquiries while driving leasing activity and budget performance.

The role requires weekend availability (Tue–Sat), and offers a competitive pay of $20.00/hr with monthly and quarterly bonuses, plus medical/dental/vision and other benefits.

• Retail sales experience is required.
• Cash handling and basic accounting tasks.
• Customer service excellence with in-person, phone and web inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service assessing storage needs.
• Hit monthly and annual budget plans with store strategy.
• Manage web pricing and discounts for storage units.
• Maintain property to Clean & Operational standards (cleaning, bulbs, etc.).
• Show units and guide customers through leasing process.

Schedule: Full-Time, Tues-Sat (Off Sun/Mon), working 9:30am-6:00pm.

Day to Day:

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries)
• Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually
• Web pricing and discount management
• Ensure property is maintained to West Coast's Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs
• Manage Vendors and Cap Ex projects
• Drive auction process
• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash
• Other duties assigned by leadership

What You Will Bring:

• Retail Sales, Cash Management, and Customer Service experience
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to achieve team and company objectives
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required)
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
