Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group is seeking a motivated full-time Property Manager for our South Medford, OR location to oversee daily self-storage operations and leasing.

You will engage customers, plan pricing, and ensure units and facilities meet high standards while coordinating with vendors and leadership for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail sales, cash handling and customer service experience.
• Ability to self-manage and work independently to achieve team goals.
• Weekends and some holidays availability required.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, on the phone and online.
• Develop store plans to hit monthly and annual budgets.
• Manage web pricing and discounts.
• Maintain property to standards and perform routine cleaning.
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee CapEx projects.
• Drive the auction process and guide leasing of units.
• Balance cash drawer and petty cash; perform daily reconciliation.
• Take on other duties from leadership as needed.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Day To Day

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries)
• Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually
• Web pricing and discount management
• Ensure property is maintained to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs
• Manage Vendors and Cap Ex projects
• Drive auction process
• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash
• Other duties assigned by leadership

What You Will Bring

• Retail Sales, Cash Management, and Customer Service experience
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to achieve team and company objectives
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required)
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
