West Coast Self-Storage Group in Ashland, OR is seeking a full-time Property Manager to lead daily operations of a busy self-storage facility. You will deliver outstanding customer service, manage leasing, pricing, cash handling and vendor coordination while meeting budgets. The role requires weekend work and on-site presence at the Ashland location.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries).
• Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually.
• Web pricing and discount management.
• Ensure property is maintained to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs.
• Manage Vendors and Cap Ex projects.
• Drive auction process.
• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process.
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• Other duties assigned by leadership.

Schedule:

Full-time, working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (Off Sun/Wed/Sat) working from 9:00am-5:00pm.

Able to pick up an extra shift at a nearby location to reach 40hrs.

Day to Day:

• Ability to self-manage while working independently to achieve team and company objectives
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required)
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
