West Coast Self-Storage Group in Medford, OR, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a full-time role with a Tue-Sat schedule from 9:45am to 5:45pm. Ideal candidates have retail sales and customer service experience and are looking to grow within the company.

The position offers $17.50/hr with monthly and quarterly bonus potential, plus benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k)/Roth, profit sharing, and more. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Retail sales, cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet company objectives.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Show available units and guide customers through leasing processes.
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service via in-person, phone, and web inquiries.
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• General office tasks: filing, customer accounts, mail/deliveries.
• Maintain property to Clean & Operational standards (vacants, cleaning, bulbs).
• Other duties assigned by leadership.

West Coast Self-Storage Group has a full-time opening in Medford for an Assistant Property Manager. Ideal candidates would have retail sales and customer service experience and are looking to grow within our career path.

Schedule: Full-time, Tues-Sat (Off Sun/Mon), working from 9:45am-5:45pm.

Day to Day:

• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process
• Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries)
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash
• General office tasks, e.g., filing, managing customer accounts, sorting mail/deliveries
• Maintain property to West Coast's Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs
• Other duties assigned by leadership

What You Will Bring:

• Retail Sales, Cash Management, and Customer Service experience
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required)
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
