Job summary

Crown Castle International is seeking a Manager Property Management Operations – Contract Operations (M2). You will lead a large professional team, ensuring data integrity in Crown’s ERP system and accurate billing, P&L, and lease accounting entries.

Collaborate with multiple groups to deliver timely reports, drive process improvements, and uphold Sox controls while developing staff and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, real estate, or related discipline (MBA a plus).
• Five years accounting/real estate and/or related experience.
• Five years management experience.
• Previous experience with Accounting, Real Estate and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction for the group and align with strategic goals while ensuring synergies with other functions.
• Build and develop a high-performing team; ensure Supervisors have needed skills and tools.
• Coach staff to think critically and solve problems with incomplete information.
• Regularly assess training needs to keep staff proficient.
• Ensure data flows into ERP and that recurring data impacts are understood by affected groups.
• Provide business insights for large portfolio integration projects and data uploads.
• Ensure complex financial transactions integrate with systems; collaborate with Business Performance on enhancements.
• Oversee Quality Assurance; monitor weekly/monthly data quality and reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal partners and meet monthly targets.
• Ensure Sox process controls and narratives are accurate and updated.
• Demonstrate advanced PC skills and excellent communication.
