QUICK USA is seeking a highly organized Property Management & Leasing Coordinator to support day-to-day management and leasing of residential and mixed-use properties throughout New York City. You will serve as the primary contact between owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams, supporting operations, leasing, reporting, and admin tasks.
Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 (DOE); salary and benefits reflect DOE.
Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management & Leasing Coordinator to support the day-to‑day management and leasing of residential and mixed‑use properties throughout New York City. This role serves as the primary point of contact between property owners, tenants, prospective tenants, vendors, building management companies, utility providers, insurance companies, and internal team members while supporting property management operations, leasing activities, reporting, and administrative functions.
Compensation: 55K‑75K (DOE) and Salary & Benefit: 55‑65K (DOE)
A New York real estate license is preferred. Candidates who do not currently hold a license must be willing to obtain one after employment begins.
