Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking candidates for its Manager in Training (MIT) program. This role works with the leadership team to support daily community operations and accounting processes, with a path toward a Business Office Manager or Executive Director role.

The MIT will be involved in resident relations, policy implementation, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and cross-department collaboration. A bachelor’s degree and strong communication are required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business/healthcare mgmt preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Recent graduates with leadership or admin experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents and families to address concerns and resolve issues.
• Support policy development and enforce procedures across communities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for licensed communities.
• Assist with budgeting, expenses, and monthly variance discussions.
• Provide sales support, conduct tours, and respond to inquiries as needed.
• Coordinate HR tasks such as pre-screening, timecards, and benefits processing.
• Prepare lease documents and reconcile vendor accounts.
• Participate in staff training and inter-department collaboration.
