MITs rotate through Leasing, Assistant Property Manager, and Property Manager tracks across multiple properties, gaining exposure to different teams and asset types.

Qualifikationen

• Strong interest in a Property Manager career and willingness to travel between properties across the portfolio.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
• Comfort with financial reporting, budgets, and basic accounting concepts.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Complete onboarding and leasing mentorship, including tours, applications, and prospect follow-up.
• Build marketing and lead generation skills through audits, social media, events, and local outreach.
• Learn resident retention, renewals, and conflict resolution.
• Shadow maintenance operations and participate in property upkeep.
• Run financial reports, budget variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Review asset condition and preventative maintenance and emergency preparedness.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management as a Property Manager-in-training.
