Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group in Round Rock, Texas, seeks a Manager in Training (MIT) to learn management processes and support daily community operations with the leadership team. You’ll gain exposure to regional accounting, budgeting, and HR tasks, preparing for a future Business Office Manager or Executive Director role.

The role emphasizes resident and family interaction, policy implementation, regulatory compliance, sales support, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant leadership or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents and families to address concerns and resolve business office issues.
• Support policy development and enforcement reflecting organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations for licensed communities.
• Assist sales team by responding to inquiries and conducting tours for prospective residents.
• Help prepare the annual operating budget and participate in monthly variance discussions.
• Attend regular meetings with department supervisors to review operations.
• Assist with HR functions such as candidate pre-screening and new hire documentation.
• Perform community-level accounting tasks including resident billing and invoicing.
• Prepare lease documents and respond to resident billing inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care and business information.
• Complete required training and participate in in-service meetings.
• Perform additional duties to support community success.
