Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Property Management Associate to coordinate departmental and financial activities for client property management. You will work with leadership to improve service delivery, manage data integrity across systems, and support contract execution and vendor processes.

The role emphasizes onsite operations, compliance with laws, and onboarding of staff as part of a broader asset management team. CBRE offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

3–4 years of related experience with strong understanding of processes and systems.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills.
Advanced math skills including percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Market Leader to improve service delivery to customers.
Create monthly forecasting reports and present to management.
Verify the database of management and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date.
Review and approve vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables and contract execution process.
Support the contract execution process and data integrity across systems.
Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law, and state and federal guidelines.
