Job summary

Target is seeking a Property Management Lead in Frankfort, KY to oversee preventive/corrective maintenance on building assets, manage vendor performance, and align projects with PM priorities and financial goals.

You will work with Plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration, Life Safety Power Systems and Electrical equipment, supervise store teams, and support remodels while upholding safety standards and guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of technical education in electrical/mechanical/carpentry/HVAC or plumbing encouraged.
• Basic proficiency with power tools and building systems.
• Strong vendor management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and safely execute preventive and corrective maintenance on building assets and equipment.
• Work with vendors and influence timely completion of their work.
• Lead and train store team on safety and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain cost controls and support remodels and asset care.
• Ensure work orders are completed safely and efficiently.
