Real Property Management Principles is hiring an Assistant Maintenance Manager in Kentucky. You will manage maintenance tasks across multiple properties, coordinate vendors, and ensure repairs and upkeep meet high standards.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, interacting with residents professionally, and contributing to property improvements to enhance tenant satisfaction andOwner investment. Valid driver’s license and hands-on maintenance skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance work including general upkeep, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and more.
• Provide front-line customer service and maintain a professional appearance and atmosphere for residents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to keep properties well-maintained and attractive.
