Job summary

Target Corp. is hiring a Property Management Lead in Northfield, OH.

You will identify and execute preventive maintenance on building assets, manage vendors, and lead store teams to deliver an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience. You will work with Plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration, Life Safety, and Electrical systems, guiding project work and cost management while ensuring safety and adherence to Target standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of technical education or experience in electrical, mechanical, HVAC or plumbing preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain consistent store operations.
• Lead and train team members; provide feedback and recognize good service moments.
• Manage workload, coordinate with vendors, and control asset care and maintenance costs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building assets (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety).
• Use technology to create, prioritize, and complete work orders.
