Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Perform, coordinate, and supervise regional, client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions.
  • Act as a liaison between field management staff, client accounting services, and management.
  • Oversee budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects; manage vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivable.
  • Review data reports (Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline) and identify profitability improvements.
  • Provide customer service support to internal and external clients for complex inquiries.
