GGP is seeking a Property Management Associate (PMA) at The Maine Mall in South Portland, ME to administer revenue programs, manage specialty leasing, and support mall marketing activities. You will coordinate with Mall Management, Leasing, Marketing and Business Development to ensure smooth operations and strong retailer relationships.

The role requires 1–3 years retail or shopping center experience, solid organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce and JDEdwards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years shopping center or retail experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports, budgets, contracts, and legal documents.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer specialty leasing deals and prepare deal sheets.
• Coordinate merchant onboarding, payments, and AR activities.
• Oversee marketing programs, events and community engagement.
• Maintain directories, digital signage, and banners.
• Act as on-site liaison for leasing and business development teams.
