Job summary

Brookfield Properties’ Maine Mall in South Portland, ME is seeking a Property Management Associate to support short-term revenue programs, mall marketing initiatives, and retailer relations. The role requires coordinating specialty leasing, tenant onboarding, and on-site operations to maintain brand standards.

You will collaborate with Mall Management, Business Development, Leasing, and Marketing to execute programs, track performance, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years shopping center or retail experience.
• Strong project management, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports, budgets, contracts, and legal documents.
• Experience with Salesforce, JDEdwards, and Microsoft Office helpful.

Responsibilities

• Administer specialty leasing deals (retail kiosks) and license agreements; manage merchant onboarding and audit-ready files.
• Coordinate strategic partnerships, collateral, and installation/removal per contract terms.
• Serve as on-site contact for business development; resolve merchant issues and communicate with GM/Biz Dev.
• Support marketing and community events; manage directories, digital signage, and promotions.
• Monitor rent collection and AR, track occupancy and vendor relationships; assist in budget reviews.
