Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Property Management Associate for The Maine Mall in South Portland, ME. The PMA will manage short-term revenue programs, community relations, and mall marketing initiatives, coordinating across Leasing, Marketing and Operations teams.

The role requires 1–3 years of shopping center or retail experience, strong project management and communication skills, and familiarity with Salesforce, JDEdwards and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of shopping center or retail experience.
• Strong PM, organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze financial reports, budgets, contracts and legal documents.
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and supervisory capability.

Responsibilities

• Administer specialty leasing deals; prepare deal sheets in Salesforce.
• Coordinate merchant onboarding and license agreement execution.
• Serve as on-site liaison for business development and mall operations.
• Ensure merchants adhere to guidelines and visual standards.
• Assist with implementing mall marketing programs and events.
