Job summary

GGP Services Inc. is seeking a Property Management Associate (PMA) to administer short-term revenue programs and oversee community-based initiatives.

The PMA will liaise across Mall Management, Business Development, Leasing, and Marketing to ensure cohesive operations. Key duties include administering specialty leasing deals, coordinating installation/removal of RMUs and displays, and ensuring merchant compliance with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 1–3 years shopping center or retail experience.
• Strong project management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports, budgets, contracts and legal documents.
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
• Supervisory and coaching skills with ability to delegate tasks.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Administer revenue programs and specialty leasing deals; prepare deal sheets and packets in Salesforce.
• Coordinate merchant onboarding and ensure compliance with audit guidelines.
• Manage strategic partnerships deals and collateral.
• Serve as on-site contact for business development; resolve issues with GM and BD.
• Educate merchants on rent collection; verify payments and track AR.
• Oversee marketing, community programming, and events; maintain directories and digital content.
