Employers Options is seeking a Property Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team in Wailea, HI. This full-time, direct-hire role offers a fixed rate of $26.00/hour and requires 3 years of property management experience.

You will develop an understanding of tenant lease clauses, answer on-site calls, coordinate mailings and tenant communications, and support budgeting to improve net income. Qualifications include A.A./B.A./B.S.

Qualifications

• 3 years of property management experience required.
• MRI Property Management software experience preferred.
• A.A., B.A., or B.S. degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Understand tenant lease clauses and obligations.
• Answer on-site management office telephone calls and forward to appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate mailings, overnight packages, and monthly tenant/vendor communications.
• Manage office supply orders, postage, and copier services and maintenance.
• Ensure general compliance with center management operations procedures and applicable government regulations.
• Assist in communication and enforcement of tenant lease obligations, including operating requirements and use clauses.
• Support budgeting, reforecasting, and cost control efforts to improve net income within budget.
• Maintain communications with tenants to improve performance and convey operational policies.
• Manage emergency preparedness data, including the RedFlag emergency database.
• Prepare special presentations for the General Manager and assist with corporate/ownership presentations.
• Assist Leasing with pop-ups, temporary tenants, and property showings
