Qualifications

• Property management experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main tenant contact for service issues and questions.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate status updates.
• Manage lease renewals and track responses.
• Assist with delinquency follow-up and payment plans.
• Handle behavior complaints and issue lease violation notices.
• Communicate inspections and routine services to residents.
• Support move-in and move-out inspections.
• Maintain accurate resident records in internal systems.
• Support Section 8 compliance and recertifications.
• Provide administrative support to Portfolio Managers.
