Responsibilities include completing service requests promptly, performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, drywall, painting, and door/window repairs, and conducting routine inspections. The role emphasizes safety and organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment/residential maintenance is preferred.
• Must be able to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, doors, locks, and windows.
• Assist with vacant-unit turns and make-readies, including repairs, painting, and cleaning.
