Job summary

JLL is seeking a Part-Time Property Associate in Edina, MN to serve as the primary administrative contact for an industrial property or portfolio. You will provide accounting support, maintain tenant relations, and deliver excellent customer service while working with seasoned professionals committed to growth.

The role involves on-site presence Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years CRE or office experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of work experience in an office environment, preferably in commercial real estate or property management.
• 1–2 years of work experience in a customer service or customer-facing position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude with an eagerness to grow within the CRE industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional tenant service by responding to inquiries, processing service requests, and coordinating resolution of maintenance issues.
• Support property management with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of property records.
• Process AP/AR, COIs, code invoices, and other financial tasks.
• Assist with vendor coordination and work order management to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare monthly reports, financial summaries, and property performance updates for senior management and clients.
• Support lease administration activities, including tenant move-in processes and document filing.
