Job summary

JLL is seeking an entry-level Property Associate in Dallas to serve as the primary administrative contact for an Industrial portfolio and to provide accounting and tenant relations support. You will help maintain positive tenant relations and deliver superior customer service, working alongside seasoned professionals focused on growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years in an office environment, preferably in CRE or property management.
• 1-2 years in a customer service or customer-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude with eagerness to grow within the CRE industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries and coordinating resolutions.
• Support property management with data entry, document preparation, and records maintenance.
• Process AP/AR, COIs, invoices, and other financial tasks.
• Assist with vendor coordination and work order management for timely maintenance.
• Prepare monthly reports and property performance updates for senior management.
• Assist with lease administration including move-in processes and filings.
• Support tenant events and building communications to enhance tenant experience.
• Provide backup reception and general office operations support.
• All other tasks to ensure property operations per agreements and local rules.
