Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in an office environment, preferably in commercial real estate or property management.
• 1–2 years of work experience in a customer service or customer-facing position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries.
• Support the property management team with administrative tasks.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Assist with vendor coordination and work order management.
• Help prepare monthly reports and property performance updates.
