Job summary

Broad Management Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in overseeing daily operations for a multi-family property. You will assist with tenant relations, leasing activities, maintenance coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, plus familiarity with landlord-tenant laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, leasing, or real estate administration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations.
• Real estate license or certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and maintain high levels of service.
• Assist with leasing: show units, screen applicants, prepare leases.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and conduct property inspections.
• Assist with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, income, leases, and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
