Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational facets of the community in West Jordan, UT. This role emphasizes resident relations, reporting, leases, marketing outreach, and ensuring move-in readiness, while maintaining a professional appearance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident requests.
• Collect all monies due and oversee evictions, skips, and move-outs.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during eviction processes.
• Enter data into property management software and finalize move in/out files.
• Oversee renter's insurance processes and application activity.
• Ensure model/target apartments are ready for show and maintain cleanliness.
