Shelter Corporation is seeking an Assistant Real Estate Manager for Irongate Apartments in Ruskin, FL. This role supports leasing, resident relations, collections, compliance, and daily community operations with the Real Estate Manager and property team.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to professional, respectful service to residents and prospects. LIHTC exposure is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• 1–3 years in multifamily property management or LIHTC preferred.
• LIHTC compliance, income certifications, leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management system preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support Real Estate Manager with daily operations and leadership coverage.
• Assist with leasing, applications, move-ins and move-outs.
• Provide professional service to prospective residents throughout leasing process.
• Process rent payments, maintain resident ledgers, assist with delinquency management and collections.
• Support LIHTC and 55+ housing compliance requirements.
• Prepare resident applications, income certifications and recertifications.
• Coordinate with maintenance for work orders, unit turns, and move-in readiness.
• Assist with reporting on occupancy, delinquency and leasing activity.
