Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Community Assistant at The Fielder, a LIHTC community in Mesquite, TX. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while coordinating day-to-day property operations under the Community Manager's direction.

Responsibilities include financial and administrative tasks, leasing support, and steady communication with residents. A one-year PM experience or a related degree is preferred. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• One-year property management experience or a 4-year degree in a related field.
• Working knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Laws and Fair Housing Regulations.
• IRS Section 42 - LIHTC Program knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize cash flow by optimizing revenue and rent collection.
• Monitor leasing activities and prepare monthly reports.
• Manage resident files and payroll reporting with accuracy.
• Assist Community Manager to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming property.
• Support team development and training across the property.
