Job summary

The NRP Group is hiring a Community Assistant for The Fielder LIHTC community in Mesquite, TX. Under the Community Manager, you will ensure excellent customer service while coordinating property operations and supporting the manager in his/her absence.

You will focus on leasing, renewals, and maintaining a quality living environment, with a strong emphasis on compliance, reporting, and resident relations. This role includes growth opportunities and a stable, award-winning employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation or LIHTC designations preferred.
• Experience in property management and knowledge of landlord-tenant laws an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in daily property operations and leasing activities.
• Maximize revenue and occupancy; monitor delinquencies and rent collection.
• Maintain accurate resident files and payroll/time records; assist with renewals.
