Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in managing a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail spaces. You will assist with tenant relations, vendor management, reporting, and lease administration to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires collaboration with accounting and facilities teams, strong communication, and organizational skills. 100% in-office; visa sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency with AP and CMMS systems preferred.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with staff to resolve issues promptly.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and authorization limits.
• Prepare monthly reports and budget packages for clients.
• Manage data collection and operating expense reconciliations with the accounting team.
• Coordinate lease administration, changes, and reporting across systems.
• Assist with tenant move-ins/outs and site walk-throughs with managers and teams.
• Support emergency planning and drills; assist procurement and bidding activities.
• Provide direction and performance guidance to direct reports.
