Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community in Murrieta, CA.

Responsibilities include file management, resident relations, collections, evictions coordination, and ensuring opens in property management software are accurate. 6 months PM experience and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• The ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced working environment.
• Organization skills with strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident requests.
• Collect all monies due and oversee evictions, potential skips, and move-outs.
• Coordinate with outside legal counsel during eviction process.
• Finalize move in/out and renewals files and enter data into property management software.
• Oversee resident renter’s insurance procedure.
• Collect deposits and process future residents’ applications.
• Ensure the model/target apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean workspace.
