This is a field-heavy, hands-on role with real growth potential; strong performers have a clear path to Property Manager as the role and portfolio grow.
You're comfortable with people and comfortable holding a line when you need to. You're highly organized, not easily scattered by competing priorities, and you keep your work professional and drama-free regardless of what's happening around you. You're tech-savvy and pick up new systems quickly. You can walk a property, spot what needs attention, and follow through. You want room to grow; this role reports to our Office Manager now, with a real path to Property Manager as you build experience with our portfolio.
