Red Oak Management Co. Inc. is seeking a dedicated Data Entry professional to join our Cedar Springs, MI team as a full-time Property Management AP/AR Specialist. You will handle vendor invoices, ACH payments, and resident rental payments with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Data entry experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn new software and use a 10-key calculator.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ACH payments.
• Enter rental payments from residents and maintain records.
• Research and fix invoicing errors, short pays, or missing documents.
