Olen Living is seeking a skilled, full-time A/R Specialist for our Boynton Beach, FL properties. The role supports the Property Manager with daily operations, ensuring policy compliance and accurate financial performance.

You will handle deposits, invoicing, delinquency reporting, and lease data entry within SharePoint and property management software. The position is in-office, with weekend rotation potentially required.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable working with numbers and basic arithmetic.

Aufgaben

• Post daily deposits to resident or income ledgers.
• Bill all applicable late and NSF fees to the resident ledgers.
• Prepare weekly delinquency reports and follow up on balances in the resident management software.
• Process and send eviction-related documents and notices as required.
• Enter and audit leases and notices in the resident management software.
• Coordinate with regional office for monthly posting and auditing of activity.
• Assist with office/leasing support as needed.
