Stream Realty Partners in Houston is seeking a detail‑oriented Department Assistant, Property Management, to support the Director of Property Management and Stream Market. You will coordinate vendor contracts, organize meetings, onboard new properties, and assist with various administrative tasks.

This role offers growth within a dynamic commercial real estate services firm, demanding strong communication, Excel skills, and collaborative teamwork with PM teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and 3–5 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall MS Office suite.
• Highly organized with initiative and proactive problem‑solving.
• Prior project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor contract review and execution processes.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel, and event logistics.
• Assist with onboarding of new properties and PM staff.
• Prepare marketing materials and maintain property records.
• Maintain electronic filing systems and property information.
• Assist with department workflows and process improvements.
