Job summary

Stream Realty Partners, L.P. in the United States seeks a Property Administrator to deliver first-class property management services for a commercial portfolio. You will handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, office administration, and tenant relations to support the Property Management team.

You will assist with financial reporting, vendor coordination, and front-desk duties. This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and teamwork within Stream’s growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; Yardi experience a plus.
• Attention to detail and basic accounting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication; good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable – input invoices with proper backup and coding.
• Accounts Receivable – review aging and assist with notices.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports with Property Manager.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the portfolio.
• Answer main phone line, greet visitors, and forward messages.
• Enter work orders and manage vendor/tenant certificates of insurance.
• Assist in creating and executing vendor service contracts.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and verify insurance.
• Plan tenant events with management team.
