Job summary

Texas Apartment Association is seeking an Assistant Property Manager (part-time) to support the Property Manager with daily operations at an assigned property. You will assist with leasing, marketing and resident relations while maintaining accurate financial records.

This role requires one year in affordable housing or property management, a high school diploma, and comfort with computer software. Knowledge of YARDI is a plus, and a Texas driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of affordable housing or property management experience.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with property management software (YARDI) preferred.
• Certification in occupancy or LIHTC management preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.
