Job summary

Peak Living in Minnesota is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Under the Community Manager, you will bring units to market-ready condition according to Peak Living standards, with hours based on community needs and potential weekends and after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready maintenance, handling work orders, assisting with building and common area upkeep, and supporting the preventative maintenance program to maintain property equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certifications are preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
