Job summary

Asset Living is a national third-party management firm guiding thriving communities since 1986. The Make-Ready role supports maintenance, ensuring units are ready for new residents and assisting with special projects.

Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, working on-site to uphold safety standards and quality. Strong organizational and customer-service skills are essential to keep communities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Attend community sites daily and assist in maintenance and repair of common areas and units.
• Ensure make-ready units meet property standards before new residents move in, perform repairs or replacements.
• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist with scheduling and execution of maintenance or repair-related turn events.
• Maintain exterior grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas.
