Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a maintenance role.
• Ability to carry out detailed instructions.
• Basic math skills for maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance at properties and customer service.
• Complete maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform inspections of community grounds.

Skills

HVAC/EPA certification

Basic computer skills (MS Outlook, MS Word)

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Education

High school diploma or GED
