Coast Property Management in Washington is seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Tech to support apartment communities. You will assist with make-ready procedures, inspect grounds and buildings, and perform repairs with supervision to keep properties well-maintained.

This role requires hands-on skills, reliability, and the ability to respond to after-hours emergencies. A valid driver’s license and own tools are expected.

Qualifications

• Common sense needed to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Experience in property maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of painting and drywall patching.
• Skills with minor appliances.
• General knowledge about building equipment.
• Ability to evaluate wear and troubleshoot faulty parts.
• Familiarity with plumbing repairs like disposal changes and faucet replacements.
• Able to handle service calls promptly.
• Good safety habits.
• Must own and maintain tools.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team members.
