Coast Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician with weekend availability to assist with apartment make-ready, inspect grounds and buildings, and perform repairs under supervisor guidance.

Ideal candidates will have basic painting, drywall, plumbing skills and own their tools, while maintaining safety and good relations with residents and colleagues. On-call duties may apply, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand written or oral instructions
• Must be able to work weekends
• Experience in property maintenance preferred
• General knowledge of painting and drywall patching
• Minor appliance skills
• General knowledge about building equipment
• Able to evaluate deficiencies and troubleshoot faulty parts
• Familiarity with plumbing repairs such as replacing faucets
• Handle service calls in a timely manner
• Good safety habits
• Own and maintain your own tools
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to communicate with residents and team members

Responsibilities

• Assist with apartment make-ready procedures
• Perform regular inspections of grounds and buildings
• Make repairs or replacements with supervisor approval
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Be available or on-call for after-hours emergencies when assigned
