The role requires hands-on work, safe operation of tools, timely service, and adherence to company policies. A high school diploma and 1 year of property maintenance experience are required, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance performing the duties of a Maintenance Technician.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic for estimating and calculations.
• Able to operate general office equipment as needed.
• Able to use general maintenance tools and equipment safely.
• Must have valid driver’s license and driving responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Perform turn-key work to ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready.
• Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
• Promote safe work practices and comply with policies and laws.
• May supervise contractors and operate company or personal vehicle as required.
