Job summary

Royal American Management seeks a Maintenance Technician to preserve and upkeep property. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic maintenance tasks while following OSHA standards and safety policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining common areas, grounds, pools, and equipment, assisting custodial duties, and reporting any safety or property issues to the supervisor. Strong attendance and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in building maintenance or property upkeep preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform light electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches and outlets.
• Perform light plumbing tasks and carpentry work.
• Paint and redecorate vacant units and prep for occupancy.
• Maintain common areas, grounds, pools, and fitness equipment.
• Report safety hazards and follow OSHA standards and company policies.
• Assist custodial tasks in common areas.
