Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to prepare units for market readiness and assist with ongoing property maintenance across our communities. The role reports to the Service Manager and may require weekends and after-hours emergency support.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks, processing work orders to Peak Living standards, assisting with common area maintenance, and supporting preventative maintenance programs for property equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
