Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Utah. You will bring units up to market-ready condition and support make-ready, preventive maintenance, and routine repairs across communities.

Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will handle work orders, contribute to common area upkeep, and ensure Peak Living standards are met. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work weekends or after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of general maintenance experience in a property management environment.
• EPA or CPO certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate in English and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
