Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Utah. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units up to market-ready condition and support community maintenance needs.

Typical hours vary by community and may include weekends or after-hours emergency service. You will perform make-ready tasks, handle work orders, assist with building/common area maintenance, and participate in preventative maintenance programs, all while communicating in English.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair).
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Overview

Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
